Seminar Overview

The PMI-ACP® (Agile Certified Practitioner) seminar is aimed at those who want to deepen their knowledge of agile concepts and tools and obtain a comprehensive, globally recognised agile certification from PMI.

The curriculum is based on the most recent Exam Content Outline (ECO) of November 2024 and takes into account the detailed content of PMI's Agile Practice Guide.

The seminar fully covers the 4 Domains of the curriculum: Mindset (28%), Leadership (25%), Product (19%) and Delivery (28%).

It covers multiple Agile frameworks — Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP... It also delves into soft skills (interpersonal skills) that are essential for the success of any project.

The seminar provides the official PMI study materials (750+ pages), with additional explanatory content and practical application examples.

PMI-ACP also focuses on Enterprise Agility, extending the concepts of the Agile Manifesto across the organisation and not just in project execution.

Ideal for project managers, scrum masters and team leads working in Agile or Hybrid environments.

Fully satisfies the PMI educational requirement of 21 contact hours of training in agile practices.

Introduction and use of the PMI Infinity AI Tool, PMI's artificial intelligence tool for more effective exam preparation.

1 full mock exam, 500+ preparation questions, flashcards, additional videos and much more from PMI itself.

Seminar attendance certificate and personalised support for completing the application.
