The advanced certification for the leading project management methodology
There are no scheduled dates at the moment. Contact us for more information.
The PRINCE2® Practitioner seminar is intended for those who have already passed the PRINCE2 Foundation level and wish to obtain a more advanced, globally recognized certification.
It is emphasized that the prerequisite for attending the Practitioner seminar is knowledge of the PRINCE2 Foundation syllabus (and access to the manual), not necessarily having obtained the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
The main difference of the Practitioner level is not in the syllabus (there is only a small amount of new content compared to Foundation), but in the examination approach: all questions are based on a specific project scenario and focus not only on knowledge and understanding, but also on analysis and application of the methodology.
The seminar and training material are fully aligned with the latest version of the PRINCE2 Practitioner syllabus.
Official PeopleCert training material is used, which (as in the Foundation level) includes a glossary, 2 sample papers, a quick learner guide, etc.
The exam is included in the seminar fee and can be taken online immediately after completion.
There is an option for 'take2': for a small additional fee, you can retake the exam in case of failure without paying the full exam cost again. The 'take2' option acts as a form of 'insurance' in case of failure.
The PRINCE2 Practitioner exam covers 4 Learning Outcomes: principles, people, practices and processes in context.
According to the official syllabus v7.2, the Practitioner exam is open-book and tests application/analysis (Bloom's levels 3–4) through scenario-based questions.
Analysis of the application of the 7 principles in a real project context.
Leadership, change, communications and people products in context.

He has trained thousands of professionals in public and in-house seminars, and has worked as a consultant for many large organisations. He is also the creator of PMWaves.

Foundation gives a basic understanding of the methodology, while Practitioner focuses on applying it within a specific project scenario.
The PRINCE2 Practitioner certification requires renewal every three years. Renewal does not necessarily require re-sitting the exam, but rather the collection of points demonstrating continued engagement with the subject. Further information can be found here: Keep your certification current
The exam is available in English only, and all study materials are in English, but the seminar is delivered in Greek.
The PRINCE2 Practitioner seminar is offered several times throughout the year. Check our schedule for the next available dates.
