Our Story

Critical Path was founded in 2006 with a vision to provide specialized project management training in Greece. Since then, we have trained thousands of professionals and partnered with the country's largest companies.

Our commitment to quality led us to become one of the first authorized partners of PMI (Authorized Training Partner) and PeopleCert (Accredited Training Organisation) in Greece.

Today, we continue to innovate, offering training in all leading project management methodologies, as well as PMWaves, the comprehensive project management platform we developed.

Yiannis Vithynos is the founder and principal instructor of Critical Path

Yiannis Vithynos

Electrical Engineer NTUA, MSc

Yiannis Vithynos is an Electrical Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) with an M.Sc. (with distinction) from the University of Essex, UK in "Telecommunication & Information Systems". He began his career in the Technical Division of Panafon in 1994 and worked at Nokia Hellas from 1999 to 2007.

Since 2006, he has founded Critical Path Consulting & Training, specializing in Project Management training and certification. He has extensive experience managing multimillion-euro high-tech projects in IT, Telecommunications, European research programs, government-funded projects, and Energy sectors.

Teaching Experience

He has taught over 10,000 hours of Project Management seminars in Greece and the Balkans, training thousands of professionals in PMP®, CAPM®, PRINCE2®, PMI-ACP®, and PM².

Magda Konstantelou is an experienced HR Leader with over 25 years of progressive experience in major multinational and Greek companies such as IBM, Altec Group, ING Bank, EFG Eurobank, and Mobil Oil Hellas. Since November 2025, she has been working as an independent HR and Human Resources consultant.

During her career at IBM Hellas (2001–2025), she served as HR Manager for Greece & Cyprus, with responsibility for the full spectrum of HR functions: strategy, digital transformation, systems implementation, policy development, reorganizations, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, executive coaching, and employee relations.
