PM² is the project management methodology developed by the European Commission for managing projects within European Union organizations.
It is an open-source methodology and is freely available. It is accompanied by a range of supporting documents and templates.
The seminar provides participants with a complete overview of the project lifecycle, organization, roles, and responsibilities according to PM². It also presents the PM² mindset.
The content is based on the latest version of PM², version 3.1 (2023).
The seminar prepares participants to take the PM² Alliance Basic and Essentials level exams. The exam fee is not included in the seminar cost.
