Since its first edition in 1996, the project management methodology PRINCE2® (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) has been a globally recognized approach for managing projects. It can easily adapt to different types and sizes of projects. Over one million PRINCE2 examinations have been conducted worldwide to date.
The seminar covers the latest version of the methodology, PRINCE2 7th edition, which was released in September 2023.
Foundation: The objective of this level is to certify that the candidate has the appropriate knowledge and understanding to work effectively as a member of a project team in a PRINCE2 7 environment. The Foundation certification level is a prerequisite for the next certification level, Practitioner.
The exam, which is conducted online, consists of 60 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 60 minutes. A minimum of 60% correct answers is required to pass, and candidates are not allowed to have any aids with them during the exam.

Yiannis Vithynos, Electrical Engineer NTUA, MSc. He has years of work experience in Project Management in Greece and the Balkans. He is the founder of Critical Path Consulting & Training, a company exclusively dedicated to Project Management.
He is certified as a Project Manager Professional (PMP)® and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® by the Project Management Institute (PMI)®, and he holds certifications in PRINCE2 Foundation, Practitioner, PM2, and IPMA-D. Additionally, he is a holder of Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certifications.
He was a member of the first elected Board of Directors of the Greek chapter of PMI, and he was also a member of the organizing committee of the 1st Project Management Conference in Athens in November 2006. Furthermore, he is a member of the HMA (Hellenic Member Association of IPMA) and has worked as an assessor for the IPMA Global Project Excellence Award.
The seminar is aimed at those who manage, collaborate, or participate in projects and wish to become acquainted with the PRINCE2 7 methodology and prepare for the PRINCE2 7 Foundation level exams.
There are no work or other prerequisites to attend the seminar and take part in the Foundation-level exams.
Knowledge of the English language is required since all educational material and the examination are in English. The seminar is conducted in the Greek language.
