In 2020 the Project Management Institute (PMI) decided to prepare its own material and exercises for the preparation of the PMP exams. Then, through a process of strict criteria, he selected the educational organizations that will be able to teach this material, and which will be the new Authorized Training Partners (ATPs).
In addition, again in 2020, the PMI renewed the format and content of the PMP exam, releasing a new Exam Content Outline (syllabus) . The changes in the new exam, which will start in January 2021, are significant and structural. The material is divided into 3 main sections (People, Process, Business Environment) , while about 50% of the questions will come from an agile environment!
You can see a more detailed description of the changes in our article here.
Critical Path, with over 17 years of experience in implementing PMP training programs , is one of the first ATPs in the world, and offers for the first time in Greece the new preparation program for PMP certification exams ! PMI material and exercises are enriched with our additional material and exercises, examples, templates, online preparation tests, etc.
The purpose of this new seminar is to help participants prepare properly for the new exams for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification of Project Management Institute (PMI) ® , as they will be given from January 2021.
The seminar is based on the latest version of the Exam Content Outline (ECO), i.e. the PMP exam material. It uses material from PMI's PMBOK® Guide (7th edition), Agile Practice Guide and Process Groups Practice Guide. Finally, it makes use of the bibliography proposed by PMI that is the basis for the development of the new Exam Content Outline.
The seminar material developed by PMI will be available online for participants, along with additional material from PMI itself (checklists, templates, etc.).
Characteristic of the seminar is its practical form , which focuses on the exercises first developed by PMI itself and which only Authorized Training Partners can use! / strong>
The PMP certification exam consists of 200 multiple-choice questions , which must be answered in 4 hours . You can take the exam from your computer , through online proctoring with a video camera, on days and hours that will suit you!
After the end of the seminar you will:

The seminar material has been developed by PMI itself, and participants have full online access to this material!
Key - but not the only - sources of the material are the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) 6th edition and 7th edition, as well as the Agile Practice Guide and Process Groups Practice Guide of PMI.
The exercises that we will be doing were developed for the first time directly from PMI!
In addition, a lot of extra material is given, part of which comes from PMI, and part has been developed by Critical Path.
Along with the above material, the book "PMP Exam Prep", R. Mulcahy et al., 11th edition, is given for further personal study.
The seminar lasts 48 teaching hours, and fully covers the PM educational requirement of PMI.
The seminar is currently planned to be implemented online via zoom. Depending on the developments, the seminar will start again being delivered in classroom.
