This seminar is a complete introduction to the basic concepts, methodology and tools of Project Management.
Also, in the seminar, practical work is done on the computer with the most widely used project management software, Microsoft Project.
The seminar starts out explaining the terminology of project management, and its fundamental concepts. It refers to the project team, their roles and responsibilities. It then focuses on the basic parameters of each project, namely scope, schedule, resources and cost. It also addresses issues of risk management and quality management of projects. Finally, it synthesises all the above in a basic project management methodology, focusing on planning, monitoring, change management, integration processes, etc.
In the last part of the seminar, the above are implemented in practice through the latest version of the Microsoft Project software.
The seminar is aimed both to those who want to form a clear picture of Project Management and those who already participate or manage projects - of any nature or size - and want to systematize or renew existing knowledge and experience.
It also addresses everyone who wants to learn Microsoft Project in an effective way, thus understanding how the software features are linked to the overall project management methodology.
