PRINCE2® Project Management Methodology (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is the de facto standard of project management in the UK, and its reach is now global. It can be easily adapted to different types and sizes of works of any kind. More than one million PRINCE2 exams have been done worldwide so far. Our seminars cover the latest version of the PRINCE2 2017 methodology.
There are two exams related to the PRINCE2 methodology, which we implement at the end of the corresponding seminars:
Foundation: The objective of this level is to certify that the candidate has the appropriate knowledge and understanding to work effectively as a member of a PRINCE2 project team. The Foundation certification level is a prerequisite for the next level of certification, the Practitioner.
The exam, which takes place at the end of the corresponding seminar, consists of 60 multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes. A correct answer is required to at least 55% of the questions, while the candidate can not have any help with him.
Practitioner: The goal of this level is to certify that the candidate understands how to apply and refine the PRINCE2 methodology to a specific project scenario.
The exam, which has the successful Level Foundation exam, consists of 68 multiple-choice questions for a specific project scenario in 150 minutes (two and a half hours). A degree of success of at least 55% is required, and the candidate may have the official PRINCE2 manual.
