PRINCE2® Project Management Methodology (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is the de facto standard of project management in the UK, and its spreading is now global. It can be easily adapted to different types and sizes of works of any kind. Over a million PRINCE2 examinations have been held worldwide so far. The seminar covers the latest version of the PRINCE2 2017 methodology.
Foundation: The objective of this level is to certify that the candidate has the appropriate knowledge and understanding to work effectively as a member of a PRINCE2 project team. The Foundation certification level is a prerequisite for the next level of certification, the Practitioner.
The exam, which takes place at the end of the seminar, consists of 60 multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes. A correct answer is required to at least 55% of the questions, while the candidate can not have any help with him.
