The main objective of this seminar is to help participants prepare themselves to pass the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification exam of the Project Management Institute (PMI)®.
The seminar is based on the latest version of the PMBOK® Guide (6th edition), the PMI manual.
In addition, it provides participants with a detailed and practical methodology (with specific documents, tools and techniques) for more effective Project Management.
A feature of the seminar is its practical form , which focuses on applied examples of the - particularly comprehensive - exam material.
The seminar is aiprimarymed at those who wish to participate in the PMP® certification exam.
According to PMI®, the requirements for participating in the PMP® exam are (for those who have a bachelor's degree or higher) at least 36 months of work experience in Project Management, during which at least 4500 hours of Project Leadership.
Also, 35 contact hours training in Project Management (fully covered by this seminar).

Yiannis Vithynos, NTUA, MSc. He has many years of experience in the management of complex telecommunication and IT projects in Greece and the Balkans. He is the founder of Critical Path Consulting & Training, a company dedicated to Project Management.
He is a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP)® and a PMI-ACP® from the Project Management Institute (PMI)®, he has the PRINCE2 and IPMA-D certifications and is also the holder of Advanced Project Management Certification (APMC).
He was a member of the 1 st elected Board of Directors of the Greek section of PMI and was a member of the organizing committee of the 1st Project Management Conference in Athens in November 2006. He is also a member of the IPMA (Greek IPMA Member Association) and project evaluator for IPMA Worldwide Excellence Award.
The material is based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), 6th edition of 2017.
It is noted that the "PMBOK Guide" is given in the seminar, along with own complete training material. Memory aids are provided in the form of tables. In addition, multiple tests and exercises are performed, and thousands of other practice questions are given.
In addition, the book "PMP Exam Prep", 9th edition by Rita Mulcahy et.al, is given for further personal study and preparation.
