The main objective of this seminar is to help participants prepare for the Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI®) certification.
The Agile approach to project management is gaining increasing recognition: its core principles are codified in Agile Manifesto 2001 and implemented with methodologies such as Scrum, Extreme Programming, Kanban, DSDM and others.
This seminar presents all aspects of the Agile Approach, covering both agile tools and techniques (50% of the examination), as well as the agile knowledge and skills that make up the remaining 50% of the examination.
The seminar is aimed at those wishing to participate in the PMI-ACP certification examinations. It is also aimed at those who want a more systematic and practical acquaintance with Agile methodologies.
According to the PMI, the conditions for admission to the ACP examinations are (for those who have a bachelor's degree or higher) at least 12 months (2000 hours) of general work experience in project groups over the past 5 years and 8 months (1500 hours) experience in Agile teams over the past 2 years.
The requirement for 2000 hours of general experience in groups of projects does not exist for those who already have PMP certification.
Still, at least 21 hours of training (PDU) is required in Agile themes - fully covered by this seminar.
After the seminar the participants will:
