This seminar presents in detail the most popular software for project management, Microsoft Project 2016, while versions 2013 and 2010 are also covered.
The seminar is 100% practical and implemented on a computer: each trainee has his own laptop which they use from the beginning until the end of the seminar.
MS Project 2016 is particularly robust, and includes features that can fully cover all phases of even very large and complex projects. Appropriate linking is made to the corresponding theory and the Project Management basics are analyzed with tools such as Work Breakdown Structures, Gantt Charts, Resource Histograms, Cash Flows, etc.
The seminar includes full notes, a large number of ready-to-use electronic files, as well as additional training material.

Yiannis Vithynos NTUA, MSc. He has many years of experience in the management of complex telecommunication and IT projects in Greece and the Balkans. He is the founder of Critical Path Consulting & Training, a company dedicated to Project Management.
Yiannis is a Project Manager Professional (PMP)® and a PMI-ACP® from the Project Management Institute (PMI)®, he is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner, certified as IPMA-D and is also the holder of Advanced Project Management Certification (APMC).
He was a member of the first elected Board of Directors of the Greek section of PMI and was a member of the organizing committee of the 1st Project Management Conference in Athens in November 2006. He is also a member of the IPMA (Greek IPMA Member Association) and project evaluator for IPMA Worldwide Excellence Award.
