This seminar presents in detail the most popular software for project management, Microsoft Project 2016, while versions 2013 and 2010 are also covered.

The seminar is 100% practical and implemented on a computer: each trainee has his own laptop which they use from the beginning until the end of the seminar.

MS Project 2016 is particularly robust, and includes features that can fully cover all phases of even very large and complex projects. Appropriate linking is made to the corresponding theory and the Project Management basics are analyzed with tools such as Work Breakdown Structures, Gantt Charts, Resource Histograms, Cash Flows, etc.

The seminar includes full notes, a large number of ready-to-use electronic files, as well as additional training material.
