Managing Change , and even more the effects of change, is one of the most important priorities for all Organizations - especially in times of uncertainty. APMG, one of the UK 's largest international accreditation and professional testing organizations, has developed the Change Management certification in partnership with the Change Management Institute, an independent global change management organization.
The subject matter of certification covers the theory and practice of change management, including:

  • Change and the individual
  • Change and the organization
  • Communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Change practice

As the APMG Accredited Training Organization , Critical Path organizes both the training seminar and the Change Management Foundation certification exam during the seminar: the objective of the test is to show the candidate that he / she understands his / her concepts, terms, principles, models, approaches and roles of Change Management. The exam has a duration of 40 minutes and consists of 50 multiple choice questions, with a pass mark of 25 questions (50%).

The seminar is aimed at those involved in organizational changes , including those who are or aspire to become Change Managers . It also addresses those involved in design, development and implementation of change programs, including change leaders, change agents, Business Change Managers, Program Managers, change support, etc.

Seminar Responsible
The trainer will be Yiannis Vithynos. He is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Critical Path, the first Greek company to be Accredited Training Organization (ATO) from APMG! He is a certified Change Manager Practitioner and PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP and Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).

In recent years he has been working exclusively in the field of vocational education, having thousands of hours of experience in the largest Greek and international organizations.

Seminar Material
The educational material includes the official version of APMGs "The Effective Change Manager's Handbook". In addition, complete notes are provided along with exercises and support material to allow for the most effective preparation for the exam. The seminar is very practical, the language of instruction is Greek, while all the educational material, the books and the examination are in English.
