Project Management Methodology PRINCE2® (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is the de facto standard of project management in the UK, and its spread is now global. It can be easily adapted to different types and sizes of projects of any kind. More than one million PRINCE2 tests have been performed worldwide so far. The seminar covers the latest version of the methodology, PRINCE2 6th edition.
Practitioner : the goal of this level is to certify that the candidate understands how to apply and specialize in the PRINCE2 methodology in a specific project scenario.
The exam, which has as a prerequisite the successful Foundation level exam, consists of 68 multiple-choice questions for a specific project scenario, in 150 minutes (two and a half hours). A success rate of at least 55% is required, and the candidate may have the official PRINCE2 manual with them.

Yiannis Vithynos , El. Mech. NTUA, MSc. He has many years of work experience in the Management of complex telecommunications and IT projects in Greece and the Balkans. He is the founder of Critical Path Consulting & amp Training, a company that deals exclusively with Project Management.
He is certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) ® and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) ® by the Project Management Institute (PMI) ®, has the certifications PRINCE2 and IPMA-D, while also holding the Advanced Project Management Certification (APMC).
He was a member of the 1st elected Board of Directors of the Greek branch of PMI, while he was also a member of the organizing committee of the 1st Project Management Conference in Athens in November 2006. He is also a member of the EDDE (Greek Member Association of IPMA) and project evaluator for IPMA World Project Excellence Award.
The seminar is aimed at those who participate or lead projects implemented according to the PRINCE2 methodology and wish to prepare and give the PRINCE2 Practitioner exams.
Having passed the Foundation level exam is a prerequisite for taking the Practitioner level exam.
Working knowledge of English is needed, since all the material and examination is in English. The seminar is performed in the Greek language.
