In mid-2023, the Project Management Institute (PMI) released the updated curriculum for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification. Based on the new Exam Content Outline (syllabus), the curriculum is divided into four core units:
The CAPM certification demonstrates that you possess the foundational knowledge and skills to work on a wide range of projects using various approaches: predictive (waterfall), adaptive, or hybrid.
The Project Management Institute (PMI) provides its own materials and exercises for CAPM exam preparation. As a Authorized Training Partner (ATP), Critical Path is certified to conduct seminars based on this material!
Critical Path, with over 17 years of experience in delivering PMI educational programs, is one of the first ATPs globally and is offering the new CAPM certification preparation program in Greece for the first time! PMI's material and exercises are enriched with our additional content, examples, templates, and more.
The goal of this new seminar is to help participants adequately prepare for the new CAPM certification exams of the Project Management Institute (PMI) as updated in 2023.
The seminar is based on the latest version of the Exam Content Outline (2023 Update) for CAPM. It also utilizes the literature recommended by PMI, which served as the basis for developing the new Exam Content Outline.
The seminar material, developed by PMI, will be available online for participants, along with additional materials from PMI (checklists, templates, etc.).
A distinctive feature of the seminar is its practical format, focusing on exercises that have been developed by PMI itself and can only be used by Authorized Training Partners!
The CAPM certification exam consists of 150 questions of various formats (multiple choice, multiple selection, matching, etc.) to be answered within 3 hours. You can take the exam either at a testing center or from your computer through online proctoring with a webcam, at a time and date that suits you!
Upon completion of the seminar, you will:
