Case Study 1: PMO & Project Management Methodology Development
In a large IT company, current situation analysis was performed, stakeholder analysis, preparation of detailed procedures both for project management and for the Project Management Office (PMO), document templates, forms etc. Also, preparation of all needed reports and the supporting procedures and tools (e.g. Earned Value Analysis). Finally, integration with existing ISO procedures. The PMO is currently in operation.
Case Study 2: Development of Project Management Handbook and Documentation
In one of the largest industrial groups of greece, we performed current situation analysis, stakeholder analysis, preparation of generic project management procedures, templates, forms etc. A PM Handbook was developed that was made available in the group intranet, together with all the supporting documentation.
